Questions
The questions we get most before signing. If yours is not here, write to us through the form.
Yes. The amount is set in the quote, based on the vehicle and the payment schedule you choose. We put it in writing before you sign anything.
You can choose weekly, biweekly or monthly. All three exist in our billing system and the instalment is calculated on the assigned vehicle.
The contract sets a late fee and a maximum number of overdue instalments tolerated. We contact you before that limit is reached: we would rather agree on a plan than interrupt the service.
We manage scheduled maintenance across the fleet and track mileage and oil changes for every unit. Exactly what is covered is set out in your contract.
It is possible subject to fleet availability. Several of our units have been driven by more than one driver; the change is documented and the instalment adjusted if applicable.
A valid national ID or passport, a valid driving licence, and the paperwork for authorised passenger transport. The full list of requirements is on the “How it works” page.
Payment plans
All three plans exist in our real billing system. Your quote defines the amount based on the vehicle and the plan.
